With extensive experience across senior care, memory care, hospice support, and complex residential programs, Melenaite has led operations within highly regulated environments while maintaining an unwavering commitment to dignity and structure.
Her academic foundation in Integrative Health, complemented by studies in neuroscience, behavioral science, and human development, informs a care philosophy that recognizes one essential truth:
